Francesca Pucher, General Manager and Co- owner of Fitness 121 Personal Training, has clients including first time exercisers and everyday people seeking to live better lives through positive energy and proper exercise. Francesca seeks to improve clients from a physical, nutritional, emotional and spiritual standpoint. Her training and teachings are based on years of practical experience and the latest in scientific understanding.
Fran is also a cook book author, “Fit Cuisine, Healthy Food Made Simple” and holds multiple certifications in many variations of exercises. She co-founded NJ’s Best Exercise Studio, Fitness 121 Personal Training with her husband, and have assisted many people through podcasts, articles and interviews educating people about the benefits of living a healthy life.
